Drinking plenty of water slows growth of bacteria on your tongue and inside your mouth.  Brushing and flossing in the morning gets rid of morning breath due to decreased saliva flow while you sleep.  Don’t skip meals.  Saliva levels drop and bacerial levels increase when you fail to eat often.  Throat infections, sinus issues, digestive disorders can also cause bad breath.  And of course visit your dentist twice a year for cleaning and check-up!
